STRENGTH TRAINING

Strength training allows our clients to produce and resist high amounts of force in all planes of movement. Strength is necessary to develop power, speed, and durability. Resistance training improves muscle function and leads to hypertrophy.

The aim of speed & power training is to teach the client to produce and resist forces as quickly as possible in all planes of movement. Jump, sprint, leap, hop, start, stop, pivot, etc. effectively for sport or life.
