Everyone needs a space where they can allow themselves to settle in and take care of their physical and mental well being. Here at KHAOS we offer One-on-one and Semi-Private Yoga/ Wellness sessions to give you that space to put your well-being first.
In our day to day lives we constantly put our bodies and minds under multiple kinds of stress. These stresses can come from our work, our relationships, sports/ training stress on our muscles and the list goes on. However, not many of us take the time to recuperate and re-fill our metaphorical cups up after emptying them all week.
KHAOS offers Yoga/ Wellness sessions with our Wellness Mentor Jayme McCann. In these sessions you will receive mediation techniques, pranayama (breathing techniques), and carefully sequenced yoga postures to fit each individual and their needs.

Jayme has been practicing yoga for 5 years and has obtained 290 hours of training in many different areas of yogic practices to ensure you receive a well rounded session. Her experience teaching one-on-one and group sessions paired with her growing wealth of yogic knowledge ensures that you are in excellent hands.
