Sporting History

My life has always revolved around my passion for sports. I started soccer at the ripe age of 3 years old, playing in many different competitive leagues, until 17 years old when I decided to move to a co-ed recreational team. This was a difficult decision but gave me time to be able to keep up with the many other sports I indulged in for many years such as; dance, field hockey, rugby, volleyball, badminton, and swimming! Today I continue to play on a woman’s field hockey team.

I was first introduced to yoga in high school and to say that one credit class changed my life would be an understatement. Since my first class, I have received multiple certifications in Iyengar based Yoga, Yin Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Chinese Energy Medicine, Caring for Mental Health, and Meditation practices. I currently attend Bow Valley College where I am taking a diploma program for Administration specializing in Human Resources.

Training Philosophies

~ If you do what is easy, life will be difficult. If you do what is difficult, life will be easy.

~ There is no one size fits all program that is able to take each individual to their full potential. Personalized training that excels in incorporating all aspects of athletes lives; bringing alignment to the mind, body, and spirit will be what sets each athlete up for success both before and after the final buzzer.

Athlete Etiquette Qualities

~ Dedication

~ Perseverance

~ Upmost respect for self, mentor, and the practice

YOGA Instructor &

Khaos has great coaches who always keeps kids engaged. My daughter loved the variances in workouts and never found them boring. For the first time, she felt success and improvement in her strength and conditioning!

Best off-season I’ve ever had. I was actually excited to come in and train unlike previous off-seasons, I would hate going in because of the environment. Khaos welcomes everyone, and from day one you start to see improvements in the way you use your body, and how to better yourself.

- Carter, B (Hockey Athlete - yr 3)

Thank you for making me a better athlete. Training fully transitioned onto the ice and I feel confident going into my hockey season and more confident in myself and my abilities.

- Scott, K (Hockey Athlete - yr 2)

Khaos has the best coaches my boys have ever worked with. More than that they are mentors for hockey, training, recovery, and all things along their hockey career. I highly recommend Khaos!
