Sporting History
My life has always revolved around my passion for sports. I started soccer at the ripe age of 3 years old, playing in many different competitive leagues, until 17 years old when I decided to move to a co-ed recreational team. This was a difficult decision but gave me time to be able to keep up with the many other sports I indulged in for many years such as; dance, field hockey, rugby, volleyball, badminton, and swimming! Today I continue to play on a woman’s field hockey team.
Education
I was first introduced to yoga in high school and to say that one credit class changed my life would be an understatement. Since my first class, I have received multiple certifications in Iyengar based Yoga, Yin Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Chinese Energy Medicine, Caring for Mental Health, and Meditation practices. I currently attend Bow Valley College where I am taking a diploma program for Administration specializing in Human Resources.

Personalized training that excels in incorporating all aspects of athletes lives; bringing alignment to the mind, body, and spirit will be what sets each athlete up for success both before and after the final buzzer.
