Our team development programs are designed to optimize each individual's performance potential during the season without compromising recovery and being game-time ready. 

 

A fun, motivating, and excelling environment where athletes have the freedom to increase their effort potential and raise their confidence bar. 

 

Strength, power, mobility, and energy system gains made can be lost rather quickly if not maintained throughout the season. But it's also necessary to maintain an athlete's confidence in their abilities. 

 

Our programs integrate training and wellness including yoga, meditation, and sport mentality tools to educate athletes in developing positive habits for sport, education, work, and life. 

 

Very flexible programs and scheduling; our programs are built around your team's needs. Training is programmed and scheduled optimally around games, practices, and other team events.

- 60 Minute Team Dryland Training -

- 30 Minute Team Yoga & Recovery -

- Recommended 2 Sessions per Week -

- Available Monday - Thursday @ 5:30pm or 6:30pm -

- Limited to 10 Full Season Teams -

 Additional Information 

  • Option for individual athlete performance measures (Initial, Mid-Term & Final)*

  • Athletes receive individual program sheets where they track their day-to-day progress through our foundation movements. 

  • Team program plans are developed and key focuses are discussed with coaches to ensure a team specific approach. 

  • Weekly communication with teams based on games/practice schedule and the appropriate plan for dryland/yoga that week. 

  • Adaptive training plans for players with injuries or issues.
