We work with athletes that are striving to make a statement in their sport. Our programs are built for motivated individuals who are willing to put in the effort for the betterment of themselves, their community, and their game.
There is not a "one size fits all" path to success, we coach athletes due to their specific needs and goals. Each athlete receives individually assessed and written programs based on their training frequency, goals, and capabilities; not one is the same.
Our programs integrate training and wellness including yoga, meditation, and sport mentality tools to educate you in developing positive habits for sport, education, work, and life.
We pride ourselves on being more than just a community optimizing human performance; we aim to educate all athletes in wellness and performance so they can take our top-tier training anywhere around the globe.
Very flexible times, prices, and coaches; our programs are built around your life because it shouldn't be the other way around. Individual training in small group settings.

All session scheduling is done through the KHAOS Athlete Development App.
Can cancel/change session times up to 24 hours prior to session with no charge.
Can schedule sessions 60 days in advance.
