Strength training our athletes allows them to being resilient to, and produce, force in all planes of movement. A certain amount of strength is necessary for each athlete, regardless of sport, to develop power and speed.

DEVELOPMENT
SPEED/POWER

Speed and power training is specific to the sport demands and the needs of the athlete. Reactive speed and explosive power are developed in phases that allow an athlete to obtain these in all planes of movement. 

SYSTEMS
ENERGY

Energy systems work specific to the demands of the sport. We aim to increase the amount of an athlete's power output, increase the duration of that output, and decrease the time of recovery to repeat that same output.

"As a Strength & Conditioning Coach I am part problem solver. I know each individual requires certain levels of strength, power, speed, & stability to perform optimally in their sport. I don't chase weight room numbers, I chase adaptation to given demands so the athlete can perform well in their sport. Each athlete is going to begin at a different place and have different problems to solve along their development. I facilitate training to improve the athletic potential of each individual, addressing limitations, sport demands, and needs. There are many paths to get to a performance outcome, I find the right one for that athlete. 

I am also part mentor. I meet the athlete where they're at, meaning, I want to coach to their motivations and style. I aim to guide professionalism in training for their sport. This includes nutrition, recovery & lifestyle. 24/7 available to give guidance and mentorship in any aspect to ensure the athlete is optimizing the intangibles. The private athlete sessions give me the ability to have 100% focus on the needs of the individual I'm working with."
