Renewing Sessions: Purchase 10, 25 or 50 ninety-minute training sessions. These are automatically renewed when the current set of sessions run out or expire. Sessions expire 12 months after each renewal. Cancellations made after a renewal will be non refundable (contact staff to cancel). You can change renewal type before next renewal (contact staff).12 hour cancellations with any booking. Sessions are booked on the Khaos Athlete Development App.

IN-SEASON: 1-2 Training Sessions/week
OFF-SEASON: 3-5 Training Sessions/week
We work with athletes that are striving to make a statement in their sport. Our programs are built for motivated individuals who are willing to put in the effort for the betterment of themselves, their community, and their game.
There is not a "one size fits all" path to success, we coach athletes due to their specific needs and goals. Each athlete receives individually assessed and written programs based on their training frequency, goals, and capabilities; not one is the same.
Our programs are developed and applied to educate the athlete about training, recovery, performance & health. We don't spoon feed information, we create an understanding of 'how' and 'why'.
